Music Duplicate Remover

Find and delete file duplicates with Music Duplicate Remover! The program will scan your collection of audio files, comparing ID3 tags, parameters and sound, and find duplicates that you may want to remove. Supports MP3, WMA, OGG Vorbis, FLAC, APE, WAV formats. Can find duplicates in any of the supported format, for example, the same file in FLAC, APE, MP3. A few sets of simple rules allow sorting duplicates easily in order to keep important files and remove unwanted copies.

Give an option to keep duplicates that belong to albums as the same songs regularly appear in different albums hate to want to come to play a full album & find a song missing.

Search inside Archives (zip, rar, 7z etc)

Using Foobar2000 - I can play directly from archives, be nice to find duplicates across different archives.

add 'remove only 100%' match option i had 67 duplicates and it failed a couple of sinatra's song on tag id3 scan...

Add the ability to edit the tags right from the search.

Some times you need duplicates (Greatest Hits albums) so adding the ability to fix the tags of those would help. (Now if you could do something about supporting sym-links or short-cuts - I wouldn't need most of the files in any any greatest hits...

Give option to remove ID3 tags, rename songs by omitting unnessary characters, remove or add album art, generally renaming the song to a more 'friendlier' format.

hi,I wonder about if you could incloude this as a addon or something like that with spotify....I'v more lists who need to be cleaned aftersome songs is in more than one albums!

Give a option to save a search

If you have make a scan a have no time to check the list, it is a good idea to offer a save option for the result list.

Set the default checking method to 'MUSIC ONLY' as in the #14 comment below. At least try to do at least SOMETHING to protect our valuable MP3 sets from the disaster!!!!!!!!!!
